Or that my aim in everything I write is to connect to the messy, beautiful complexity of the human experience.

  • If you think you’re the smartest person in the room, chances are you’re not.

  • Being nice doesn’t cost a thing, but the ROI is massive.

  • There is absolutely no shame in asking for help or admitting you don’t have all the answers.

I have a BA Hons from Dalhousie University where I studied Philosophy and a Certificate in Advertising Copywriting from Humber.
